At Black & Grey Esthetics, I specialize in customized facials, HydroDerm facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, brow laminations and tints, and lash lift and tints. Cancellation Policy
At Black & Grey Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.
* A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service.
* No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to the cancellation fee, as late arrivals can impact the remainder of the day’s schedule.
* Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.
